HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19 Relating to the                             
Alaska Council of Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deaf/Blind, was read              
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Wilken, Chair,  moved and asked unanimous consent for the              
adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate                   
Committee Substitute offered on page 2405. Without objection,                  
SENATE CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO.                                  
19(HES) Relating to the Alaska Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and                      
Deafblind Council, was adopted, read the second time and was                   
before the Senate on final passage.
